Guests enter through the hotel’s original gilded rotating doors, greeted by a stunning lobby that pays homage to the hotel’s Beaux-Arts architecture. Fresh updates include restored original windows and a stained-glass design reminiscent of the hotel’s 1905 Tiffany window. The reception area now features restored front desk cages, seamlessly blending the past with contemporary flair.
The new color palette adds an airiness to the space, with a cloud-dappled ceiling and neutral walls adorned with pops of red, inspired by Caroline Astor’s beloved American Beauty Rose.
